My new book ‘A Picture for Titchy’ has art as its theme!

I’m delighted to announce the publication of my new picture book, A picture for Titchy, which goes on sale this September.

The plot follows Titchy Glitzy Gasbag’s search to see himself from a new perspective. Enter a line-up of eccentric artists: Titchy’s best pal, The Gorgy Creech, esteemed artist Guppy Splutters, beautiful movie star Tissam-a-Boo, and the reclusive Learnerd Bunion. Four portraits later, he’s hoping they might help him see with fresh eyes.

Within this fun-filled tale is the idea that art can help us discover our world. Can art help us learn more about ourselves? With amusing, rhyming text and vibrant, lively illustrations the story is also a good introduction for kids to the world of art. The four portraits commissioned by Titchy have a playful nod to Monet, Pollock, Picasso and DaVinci.

Come September 29th, readers everywhere can discover A picture for Titchy, which is available online. The book is aimed at young children, ages 4 to 7.
