It’s great to hear what our readers think about our books. Here are some feedback comments we got from our survey:
“I was happy that NO WAY and DON’T CARE were invited to the party even though they are mean and bold.” (Aged 4) THANK YOU’s best ever birthday. Magic Narrative: Great to hear a call for inclusivity from a young mind!
“I thought it might be good for NO WAY to change his behavior towards the end of the story.” (Aged 4) PLEASE takes on NO WAY. Magic Narrative: Subsequently, we edited the ending before going to print, taking on board this kid’s good thinking!
“The Nurchies are very young for tea, what ages are they?”(Aged 4) Your New Best Friends, THE NURCHIES. Magic Narrative: Interesting question, as juices or water are better for younger kids rather than hot tea! Nobody is really sure what ages The Nurchies are precisely, but they behave a bit like big kids, and then sometimes a bit like little kids. They love to have fun, while they’re sensible too, and love hugs and playing with friends.
“He thought the name ‘The Nurchies’ was especially cute, especially when he linked their name to their characteristic of nurchuring goodness.” (Mother of boy aged 8) Your New Best Friends, THE NURCHIES. Magic Narrative: Thank you so much!
“Both [my] kids understood the stories and appreciated the messages within them.” (Mother of boy aged 8 and girl aged 6) All three NURCHIES books. Magic Narrative: Well done guys!
